Our Coaches are educators first who became passionate about using human-centered design to improve the K12 learning journey for historically underserved students. They receive ongoing training at both the K12 Lab, Stanford and the National Equity Project. As coaches, they are committed to helping you shift your practice and create the conditions in which equitable deeper learning will thrive.

Using human centered design and working with a School Retool coach we will help you identify pain points and opportunities for innovation and equitable deeper learning. We will synthesize data, share findings, and co-create a 90 day action plan that brings your school closer toward the expressed equity aspiration.

Design coaching accelerates deeper learning outcomes for students by giving teachers implementation strategies in real time as they bring this toolkit back to their homesites and personalize. They will learn to redesign learning experiences that ignite high levels of engagement.
